I am interested in getting the teeth whitening laser treatment but would rather a cheaper alternative. Most of my yellow teeth is genetic, but I also drink alot of sodas (don’t we all?). In your opinion, what is the BEST at-home teeth whitening/bleaching system there is? Thanks!

crest whitestrips and i use the toothpaste and mouthwash with them. my teeth look great.

Or any idea on how to make your teeth whiter…obviously I brush my teeth twice a day everyday and floss I just would like then whiter.

I’m actually on my 2nd day of Crest Whitestrips. I think they work really well. The last time I used them is about 5 years ago and they were perfect.

Gotta stick to it though for two weeks. Can’t do it for three days then stop then start again.

But in case you read this late, then I remember they said something about positioning your toothbrush at a 45 degree angle and making little circles around your teeth. I mean, yeah, picture it out, it’s hard to describe XDD. But anyways, it was also said that although whitening pastes/gels work to some degree, a pea-sized amount is as effective as a long tube of paste on your toothbrush.
And brush your teeth for at least two minutes, and every after meal.
And avoid candies, too. XDD
